30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on your purchases. We will refund the total amount of the returned items from your order, less the cost of round-trip shipping. If the return is due to an error on our part, Leatherman will refund your original shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label to simplify the return process for you.

Refunds will be processed within 1–3 days.

When returning items, please be sure to use the original packaging and include the packing slip.

*Excludes items marked as “Final Sale.” Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Customized items are not eligible for return or exchange. Once an order for a customized or engraved item has been successfully submitted, it cannot be canceled.

Apparel Returns
Return requests for apparel items will only be accepted if the items show absolutely no signs of use or damage. Returned items must be in resaleable condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and with all original tags still attached.

Return Exceptions
Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Leatherman Custom products are created specifically for you and are therefore not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service department at 800-847-8665. When calling to speak with a representative, please have the relevant information from your packing slip—as well as the name of the original purchaser—ready to provide to the agent.
