30-Day Return Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return guarantee on all purchases. We will refund the full amount of your returned items, minus round-trip shipping costs. If the return is due to an error on our part, Leatherman will fully refund the original shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label to simplify your return process.

When returning items, please ensure you use the original product packaging and include the original packing slip.

*Exceptions: Items marked as “Final Sale” are excluded. “Final Sale” items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Customized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Once an order involving customization or engraving services has been successfully submitted, it cannot be canceled.

Return requests for apparel items are accepted only if the items show absolutely no signs of wear or damage. Returned apparel must be in pristine, resalable condition—specifically, it must be unworn, unused, and unwashed. Additionally, items must be returned in their original packaging with all original hang tags still attached.

Leatherman Custom products are personalized specifically for you; therefore, they are not eligible for return or exchange.
